Documents should carry what they need to stand on their own, so nothing has to be bound to a system. 把文件應該要有的東西回歸給文件，這樣就不用什麼東西都綁系統。
DocSubstrate is an application-neutral document infrastructure layer: a contract for the minimum a durable record must carry — identity, meaning, version, provenance, integrity, references — so it can be read, verified, and continued after the source application, database, and workflow engine are gone. Existing standards do the mechanics; DocSubstrate allocates the responsibility. First engines run in production for clinical reports, ERP document issuance, and regulatory dossiers. Work
Digiter builds and runs business systems for Taiwanese manufacturers, clinics, and restaurant franchises — ERP implementation on Odoo, e-invoicing, and the document infrastructure above. Before that: instrumentation at Academia Sinica, and co-founding an ISO 13485 medical-device company where I assembled the plant from second-hand equipment and my name is on the certificate.
